(Afterbirth+) - Causes you to fire out an Ipecac explosive tear. In the original Binding of Isaac, you could gain an infinite number of soul hearts, even if they were not shown on the health bar. This can easily be done by using a blood donation machine (in a Arcade Room or by using the XIV Temperance tarot card) or by using a demon beggar. It would basically make things that give/take red hearts (including pickups and sacrifice rooms) act like they give/take soul hearts instead (functionally, not actually), and vice versa - at the cost of reduced chance for devil/angel deals. Soul heart trades still cost 3 Soul hearts. To get the Adult transformation you need to take three of the Puberty pills in one run.
Scapular - Adds 1 soul heart when the player is downed to 1/2 a regular heart. If you have only 1HP left the pill will act as a Full Health.
